We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, accounting firm, or law firm, and the Site does not provide investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. A consulting engagement with NMC is created only by a separately signed written agreement.

Do not include confidential, privileged, time-sensitive, or sensitive personal information in any form on the Site. NMC has no obligation to respond to inquiries, and a response does not constitute formation of a consulting engagement.
If you submit a resume, biographical materials, or feedback, you grant NMC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use those materials for evaluating your candidacy or improving our services.
The Site and all of its content — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, the “Nival Management & Consulting LLC” name and mark, and the underlying code — are owned by NMC or our licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
You may view, print, and download Site content for personal, non-commercial reference, provided you keep all copyright and proprietary notices intact. Any other use requires our prior written consent.
SEC, FINRA, and other regulatory body names referenced on the Site are trademarks of their respective owners.

Access to the NMC client portal is restricted to authorized users. By accessing the portal, you represent that you are an authorized user, agree to keep your credentials confidential, and agree not to attempt unauthorized access. NMC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at any time. Unauthorized access is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. The “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
