Our commitment

Nival Management & Consulting LLC (“NMC”) is committed to ensuring that nivalmc.com is accessible to people with disabilities. We are actively working to align the Site with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the recognized international standard for digital accessibility.

What we've done

• Semantic structure. Pages use proper heading hierarchy, landmarks, and ARIA labels where appropriate.
• Keyboard navigation. All interactive elements, including the main navigation, dropdown menu, and forms, are operable via keyboard.
• Color contrast. Body text meets WCAG 2.1 AA contrast ratios against background colors.
• Responsive design. Content reflows and remains usable on small screens and at high zoom levels (up to 200%).
• Form labels. All form fields are paired with visible labels and clear error messages.
• Alt text. Meaningful images include descriptive alternative text; decorative images are marked appropriately.
• Skip-to-content. Keyboard users can move past repeating navigation directly to page content.

Ongoing work

We test the Site periodically with automated accessibility tools, manual keyboard testing, and screen-reader review. We treat accessibility issues as bugs and prioritize them in our maintenance cycle. We continue to improve the Site, including:

• Refining focus indicators on interactive elements;
• Improving error messaging on the contact form;
• Adding live-region announcements for asynchronously loaded content (e.g., the regulatory news feed);
• Expanding documentation of accessibility patterns for the client portal as it evolves.

Compatible technologies

The Site is designed to be compatible with the latest two major versions of common browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) and with assistive technologies including screen readers (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver) and voice-control software. Older browsers may not render the Site as intended.

Third-party content

Portions of the Site display content from third parties — for example, regulatory news automatically fetched from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (sec.gov). NMC does not control the accessibility of third-party sites that the Site links to. Where third-party content appears on the Site, we make reasonable efforts to ensure it is presented within accessible patterns.
